virgintablet.com refunds 90% of the order value to the buyer when the return error is caused by the buyer.
virgintablet.com refunds 100% of the order value to the buyer when the return error is ours.
The shop will refund the buyer when the shop confirms receipt of the returned item. The refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank card provided to the shop.
Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide bank account information in order to receive the refund.
